Richard is the co-founder of Talentry, leveraging over eleven years of experience in the fields of Information Technology and Scientific Research, and has worked with clients ranging from Individuals to Fortune 500 Companies.
Richard began his career in the laboratory as a biochemist, conducting research on how memories are formed and preserved. A year later, he realized his lifelong passion for working with people and technology, and it led him to a career in Information Technology Consulting. This passion came from writing scripts on a green-screen computer when he was young, to standing up personal test environments in AWS and Github. As the market for talent has evolved, Richard has also designed project-based SOW programs that provide technical solutions to business problems, when individual talent is not available for hire.
